Standard delivery typically takes between 7 to 14 business days. For custom-made adjustable frames or specific mattress sizes, please allow up to 21 business days for white-glove delivery and setup.
Do you offer a sleep trial period?
Yes, we offer a 100-night risk-free sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with the comfort of your mattress after a 30-night adjustment period, you can exchange it or return it for a full refund.
What kind of warranty comes with Life Changing Beds products?
All our mattresses and adjustable bases come with a limited 10-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural integrity, ensuring your investment is protected for a decade.
Can I use my existing bed frame with your mattresses?
Our mattresses are designed to work on most flat, supportive surfaces including platform beds, slatted frames, and our specialized adjustable power bases. Ensure slats are no more than 3 inches apart for optimal support.
Do you provide old mattress removal services?
Yes, we offer an optional 'Old Mattress Removal' service at checkout. Our delivery team will professionally remove and recycle your old mattress when they deliver your new Life Changing Bed.
